At Bel Furniture, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home purchase. If your new furniture doesn't perfectly fit your space, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process within 3 days of delivery for most items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team or visit your local Bel Furniture showroom within 72 hours of receiving your items to start the return authorization process.

  Prepare Item for Inspection

  Ensure all furniture remains in original, unassembled condition with all packaging materials and tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup or Drop-off

  Coordinate with our logistics team to schedule a professional furniture pickup or bring smaller items back to the original point of purchase.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned merchandise, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking and delivery fees.
