We offer both standard white-glove delivery and threshold drop-off. Delivery times typically range from 3-10 business days depending on your location and whether the item is currently in stock at our local distribution center.
What is your return policy for furniture items?
We accept returns on most items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and custom-ordered or 'final sale' pieces are not eligible for return.
Do you offer financing or payment plans?
Yes, we provide several flexible financing options including no-interest plans for a set period and lease-to-own programs to help you furnish your home today and pay over time.
Does my furniture come with a warranty?
All products come with a standard 1-year manufacturer warranty against structural defects. We also offer extended protection plans that cover accidental stains, tears, and damage for up to 5 years.
Can I track my order status online?
Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also log into your Bel Furniture account to view real-time updates on your shipment or delivery schedule.
Is assembly required for my furniture?
Many of our large pieces come fully assembled or require minimal setup. If you choose our White Glove Delivery service, our professional team will handle all assembly and packaging removal for you.
